Batesville, IN:
CDL A Driver—home daily with local routes, no long hauls. Earn $27.50/hr (negotiable) transporting materials safely and on time. Enjoy stability, strong benefits, and a team that values safety, reliability, and professionalism. #INDMPW3 We're looking for a dependable CDL Class A Driver to safely transport materials between MPW/PPS facilities and customer locations while meeting delivery timelines. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, efficient operations, supporting logistics flow, and delivering consistent, high-quality service to both internal and external customers.   • accurately completes logs, inspections, and shipment documentation while verifying load accuracy What You'll Do Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport materials between company facilities and customer locations Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, compliance, and readiness Load and unload materials, verifying shipment accuracy and completing all required paperwork Deliver freight along assigned routes while meeting delivery schedules and maintaining a high level of customer service Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, fuel records, and required DOT documentation Report accidents, damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns immediately to leadership Support warehouse or production operations during downtime, including forklift operation after proper training What You'll Need Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with 2-5+ years of experience; experience with 53-foot trailers and flatbeds preferred Working knowledge of DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and interstate driving practices with a strong compliance focus High school diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and occasional schedule changes based on operational needs Physical ability to sit for extended driving periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, perform frequent loading/unloading tasks, climb in and out of truck cabs and trailers, and work in varying weather, road, and industrial conditions with exposure to noise, traffic, and required PPE Benefits and Perks Competitive pay and career growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Time off and floating holidays Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back to your community Employee referral bonus program Wellness benefits that support your overall health and well-being Opportunities for training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Stable company with long-term career opportunities Who Thrives Here Individuals who value meaningful work and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment take initiative, communicate clearly, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and service, while understanding that great results come from collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
