Full Job Description Pay:

$1,200 - $1,400 a week

Position Overview Operation Area:

Regional runs across the Midwest with weekly home placement.

Weekly Volume:

Expect between 2,100 and 2,300 miles per week (subject to HOS).

Freight Handling:

100% no-touch operations. Work consists of 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unloads.

Haul Distance:

Average distance per run is approximately 300 miles.

Fleet Quality:

Assigning 2021 or newer Kenworths and Freightliner Cascadias.

Driver Support:

Dispatch and safety assistance available 24/7.

Compensation & Corporate Benefits Weekly Take-Home:

$1,200 to $1,400 gross per week.

Mileage Rate:

$0.57 to $0.64 CPM, determined by prior professional background.

Sign-On Incentives:

$2,000 total bonus ($500 paid on first load, $500 at 30 days, and $1,000 at 60 days; driver must remain active and seated).

Delay Compensation:

$12.50 hourly detention pay starting after the second hour.

Layover & Breakdown:

$100 daily flat rate for unexpected downtime.

Safety Incentives:

Earn up to an additional +3 CPM for clean driving and high productivity.
