Responsibilities Safely operate a range of commercial vehicles including tractor-trailers with manual transmissions, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. Follow designated routes to deliver products to various destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with company policies. Manage documentation related to deliveries, including trucker logbooks, route reports, and incident reports. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle to ensure safety standards are met at all times. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B) with experience operating tractor-trailers or similar large vehicles. Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on freight delivery across diverse routes. Familiarity with different types of trucks including tractor trailers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks is preferred. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently. Experience with load & unload procedures. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to trucking operations and handling. Excellent route driving skills with the ability to navigate efficiently across various regions.
