Overview:

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations before independent assignments.

Primary responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations. Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S. Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining on‑time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform and document daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Minimum qualifications:
