This position is responsible for operating a 26-foot box truck to complete local deliveries and pickups while providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor, including loading and unloading materials throughout the shift. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups in a timely manner Load and unload products, materials, and equipment Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transport Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Requirements Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Valid DOT Medical Card required Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds on a regular basis Comfortable with frequent loading and unloading duties Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attendance and reliability Must be able to pass pre-employment screening Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 50-75 lbs Regular bending, stooping, reaching, and standing Ability to enter and exit truck repeatedly throughout the shift
