Our work consists of overnight parking lot sweeping of retail shopping centers and malls.
Driver Requirements:
CDL not required- Must have a valid driver's license and must have had a license for 3 years
- Valid DOT medical card is a plus but not required, if you do not have a DOT card you will be required to take a DOT physical and drug screen
- Good driving record (no dui's, no suspensions)
- Mechanical ability will help
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to follow directions and read maps
- Ability to work flexible night & week-end shifts
Essential Position Functions & Responsibilities Include:
- Perform the safe operation of a parking lot sweeper
- use a leaf blower to blow out debris
- Hand pick with picker
- change can liners
- Perform minor mechanical checks of trucks & equipment
- Perform all other duties as assigned
