MUST HAVE HAULING ASPHALT EXPERIANCE AND CLASS A OR CLASS B
•We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site protocols, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various types of machinery, including bulldozers and loaders. Duties Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel , sand , and asphalt to designated locations on construction sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with site supervisors to understand loading and unloading requirements, ensuring timely delivery of materials. Assist in the operation of other heavy equipment as needed, including bulldozers and loaders, to support site operations. Maintain accurate records of material deliveries and vehicle maintenance logs. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols while on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with dump trucks. Familiarity with construction site environments and practices. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment. Ability to operate additional machinery such as bulldozers or loaders is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with digging and paving activities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; additional certifications for heavy equipment operation are preferred but not mandatory.
