Driver's License Non-CDL Class C Driving Long-haul driving experience Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 26ft Box Truck Driver with OTR Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism on the road. Drivers are out for a week or 2 and home for a weekend and back on the road again, our drivers sleep in our trucks but making the cab comfortable as possible for themselves for the time sleeping outside their home. We pay 25% of gross pay for the week, so the More the driver works the more they make. Contact Mustapha (716)-495-3654 Duties Operate a box truck and other commercial vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Execute route driving to deliver goods to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any issues encountered during transport. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Experience Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a focus on box trucks or similar vehicles. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is beneficial. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting positively with clients during delivery interactions. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
