Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class A Commercial Driver with at least two years of experience to operate Pneumatic Tankers at . This role requires a professional driver capable of handling specialized freight and ensuring safe, efficient deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and demonstrate excellent route management skills. Experience with Pnuematic trailers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Duties Safely operate Pneumatic Tankers. Canadian border crossing Hazardous material (only one material Magnesium) Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Manage route driving responsibilities, ensuring timely deliveries across designated areas. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety standards. Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly. Assist in the loading or unloading process when necessary using onsite blowers Follow safety procedures related to handling freight such as freight transfer, load securing, and hazardous materials (HAZ MAT endorsement required and will be reimbursed for securing the endorsement). Experience Minimum of two years of commercial driving experience with a valid Class A CDL license. Proven experience operating is preferred. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is required. Prior delivery driver experience with route driving is highly valued. Knowledge of freight handling procedures including load & unload operations. Experience working with pneumatic tankers or similar specialized equipment is a plus. Demonstrated ability to drive safely over long distances while maintaining compliance with all transportation laws and safety standards.
