Crew Leader/Driver

In this role, you will oversee a crew responsible for delivering rental items to our customers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of workers, providing clear direction and motivation.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and work assignments, ensuring timely completion.
• Train new crew members on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Maintain open communication with team members, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor work quality to meet high standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lift, load, and unload heavy items with the assistance of dollies, powered dollies, and other equipment.
• Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to deliver rental items to customers.
• Perform deliveries in various weather conditions, including hot summers and inclement weather.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with clients.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays as required.

Requirements:

• Mus proficient in driving trucks up to one ton and experienced in pulling trailers of various sizes. Must demonstrate excellence in all aspects of trailer handling, including: Confidently backing up trailers in tight spaces Navigating safely through various environments Securing loads properly and following safety protocols
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.
• Clean background and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
