No experience is needed, and recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. Paid orientation, practical training, and daily support help new drivers build experience while enjoying daily home time and weekly pay. Pay & Compensation Weekly pay: $1,300

• 1,500/week Annual equivalent: $68,000

• 61¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 5 years) Unload pay: $55 per trailer

This is a touch-freight account requiring drivers to unload freight using pallet jacks at customer locations. Routes operate within a defined regional area and offer consistent freight volumes, established delivery lanes, and dependable work opportunities.
