No Experience CDL-A Driver•Local Routs•Plainfield, IN MJP is hiring CDL-A solo drivers for local routes based out of Plainfield, IN. No experience is required. We welcome recent CDL graduates and provide paid training, hands-on instruction, and support from a dedicated dispatcher to help you gain real behind-the-wheel experience. Drivers enjoy daily home time, steady work, weekly pay, and a team committed to helping them build a successful long-term driving career. Pay & Compensation Weekly pay: $1,300•1,500/week Annual equivalent: $68,000•78,000/year

CPM Rate:

56•61¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 5 years) Unload pay: $55 per trailer (Using pallet jack )

Miles:

~ 1,500•2,000 per week Sign-on bonus: $2,500 (paid over the period of 6 months) Home Time Home every day Orientation One-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation Freight & Routes Local Kroger freight with electric pallet jack deliveries, allowing drivers to handle freight efficiently without heavy manual unloading.
