Commercial Construction Maintenance / Class A CLD

Job Summary Whitley Manufacturing is seeking an individual to join our maintenance team. A valid Class A CDL license is required for this position. Duties Operate a toter truck to haul frames from South Whitley to Rochester and Bristol Indiana Drive assigned routes adhering to safety protocols, traffic laws, and delivery schedules to ensure timely project support Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on trucks and construction equipment to minimize downtime Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, maintenance records, route deliveries, and service reports Follow all safety guidelines related to commercial driving, vehicle operation, and construction site protocols to ensure a safe working environment Skills Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CLD) with a clean driving record Proven experience in truck driving including route driving, and freight delivery Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety standards for commercial vehicles Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, punctuality, and route management Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot common mechanical issues

Pay:

Up to $24.00 per hour
