Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Class A Commercial Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, with experience in various types of driving, including but not limited to tractor-trailer, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers. This role involves transporting goods to designated locations while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, safely and efficiently. Navigate assigned routes for timely deliveries while adhering to delivery schedules. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A for a min. of 2 years. Experience in truck driving with a focus on delivery driver roles preferred.. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable. Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in route driving is beneficial.
