Class A Truck Driver

Overview:

Covington Box & Packaging is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our logistics team. This local driving position offers day travel only —no overnight routes—ensuring you're home every evening. We're looking for a professional driver committed to timely deliveries, vehicle safety, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Class A vehicles including tractor-trailers and box trucks Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Ensure accurate delivery records and compliance with DOT regulations Maintain communication with dispatch for scheduling and updates Load/unload freight when necessary

Requirements & Skills:

Valid Class A CDL Experience with local deliveries Strong understanding of safety procedures and transportation regulations Good time management and communication skills
