Join a driver-centric fleet operating across the Eastern US. We offer high-volume freight, modern tractors, and a stable W2 environment for both new and seasoned drivers. What we offer
Weekly Pay:
$1,400 to $1,800
Gross Base Rate:
$0.56 per mile plus performance incentives
Modern Gear:
Assigned 2024 to 2025 Kenworth and Freightliner tractors
No-Touch Freight:
70 percent Drop and Hook keep your wheels turning
Insurance:
Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage starts Day 1
Retirement:
401k plan with company matching
Extras:
Paid Holidays, PTO, Life Insurance, plus Rider and Pet policies Training and growth
Paid Orientation:
Get paid while you get started
New Driver Program:
3 to 5 week paid training for recent CDL graduates
Requirements:
Must have 120 plus hours from an accredited school
Evaluation:
Practical, performance-based assessment before going solo Route details
Territory:
Focused operations East of I-35
Eastern US Dispatch:
Structured, predictable planning with consistent year-round volume
Home Time:
Weekly or bi-weekly options varies by fleet assignment Minimum qualifications

21 plus years
License:
Valid Class A CDL Records:
Clean MVR and solid safety focus
Compliance:
Must pass DOT physical and drug screen EOE Class A Truck Driver
