This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries to our valued customers. As a key player in our transportation network, you will handle national route driving, load and unload cargo, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck, including manual transmission models, to complete local deliveries along designated routes Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures Deliver packages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and document all transactions accurately Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the truck throughout the day Communicate effectively with dispatch for route updates or issues that arise during deliveries Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or box truck operator with a strong focus on customer service Knowledge of warehouse operations and experience with loading/unloading cargo using forklifts or pallet jacks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely and efficiently Excellent route driving skills with familiarity in local traffic patterns and navigation tools Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and handle multiple delivery stops confidently Join us as a dedicated box truck driver committed to delivering excellence!
