• Mentor | No Touch Dry Van | OTR Pay Weekly pay for mentors: $1,875
• $2,450 depending on CPM tier, dispatched miles, and student activity Mentors are paid for all truck miles (mentor + student) plus student pickup/upgrade bonuses Mentor Program Highlights Typical mentor run: 11 days OTR Students drive minimum 5 hours/day ; mentors may run remaining hours

Mentor Development Training:
