Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes. Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards. Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory, organizing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by delivering products promptly and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns. Follow route schedules accurately, adjusting as needed for traffic or delivery priorities. Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports throughout each shift. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving familiarity. Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries. Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, heavy lifting, and inventory handling. Ability to operate box trucks with manual transmission confidently. Knowledge of forklift operation and pallet jack use is a plus. Excellent driving record with safe driving habits; valid driver's license required. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving items, and extended periods of standing or walking.
