Driver / Team Lead / Event Technician The Face of Fun. The Brains Behind the Setup. The Muscle on the Move. Backyard Responders is hiring a Driver / Team Lead / Event Technician — the ultimate triple threat. This is not a behind-the-scenes gig. You'll be out in the field making party magic happen with inflatables, slides, and all the gear that turns a backyard into the best day ever. If you're 18+, can haul a trailer, and know how to talk to people, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

Be the point of contact for customers during delivery, setup, and takedown. Drive company trucks (or your own with trailer — extra pay if so). Lead a setup crew at residential homes, schools, churches, and festivals. Load, unload, dolly, haul, and stake down inflatables and party gear. Inspect equipment before and after use for safety and cleanliness. Clean and sanitize inflatables as needed — part of keeping our standards high. Solve problems on the fly while keeping the vibe positive and professional.

What We're Looking For:

18+ only (for insurance and driving requirements) Clean driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test Able to lift 75-100 lbs with a team and move efficiently (Inflatables are several hundred pounds and need to be flipped from laying on the ground and into an upright position on the dolly.) Comfortable with physical labor in hot, cold, and wet weather Willing to learn trailer driving, inflatables, tents, safety procedures, and teamwork Strong communication skills — you're the face of our company on-site. Speaking to people is a requirement. Previous experience towing a trailer or driving a box truck is a huge plus
