This is not a traditional team run. As a Cover Team, you'll rotate between multiple established dedicated FedEx Ground lanes, keeping miles high, freight consistent, and paychecks strong. Drivers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and maximizing earnings will thrive in this role. PAY & EARNINGS
$0.78 CPM $69 Per Day Per Diem 3,800

Flexible Rotating Schedule Typically 4-6 Days Per Week Assigned to Cover Dedicated Team Lanes Consistent Miles and Freight Year-Round Work
