Job Description

On-site Gray, Louisiana, United States Operations GWO Training Instructor FMTC Safety is seeking a motivated, safety‑driven instructor to join our training team delivering Global Wind Organisation (GWO) courses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands‑on environment and is passionate about preparing technicians for safe work in the wind industry. As a GWO Instructor, you will deliver high‑quality training across modules such as Working at Heights, Manual Handling, First Aid, Fire Awareness, and Sea Survival, ensuring every participant leaves confident, competent, and ready for the field. You'll work within a professional training center that values teamwork, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture. Responsibilities include facilitating practical and classroom instruction, maintaining training equipment, supporting audits and quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of course delivery. Candidates should bring relevant industry experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment. Prior GWO instructor approvals are preferred but not required—FMTC provides pathways for qualified candidates to gain credentials What can you expect from us?
