Job Summary We are seeking experienced Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) drivers with a minimum of four years of professional driving experience to join our team for Over-the-Road (OTR) operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of tractor-trailers across long distances, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for hauling diverse loads, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and specialized equipment. Your expertise in manual transmission trucks, route driving, and load & unload procedures will be essential to success in this dynamic position. Duties Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers across long-haul routes, adhering to all federal and state transportation regulations Manage various types of freight including refrigerated goods, flatbed loads, tankers, and other specialized cargo Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on manual transmission trucks and trailers to ensure safety and compliance Load & unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks when necessary Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries in compliance with Hours of Service regulations Follow designated routes and schedules diligently while adjusting plans as needed for traffic or weather conditions Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status, route changes, or vehicle issues Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of four years' professional driving experience in OTR settings Proven expertise in driving manual transmission trucks and handling various trailer types including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and dump trucks Experience with freight load & unload procedures and route driving across long distances Ability to operate additional equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks is a plus Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards for commercial trucking Excellent navigation skills and the ability to adapt to changing routes or schedules Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism Join us as we drive excellence on the open road! $1,700.00 - $2,929.15 per week
