Poop Fancy is a pet waste removal company serving Andover and surrounding communities. We help busy dog owners keep their yards clean with reliable, friendly, first-class service. We are looking for dependable, hard-working team members who enjoy working outdoors, love dogs, and take pride in providing great customer service. Job Responsibilities Drive a company route to client homes Clean dog waste from residential yards Safely interact with dogs of all sizes and breeds Use company-provided tools and equipment Follow assigned routes using GPS/navigation apps Communicate professionally with clients and management Take before/after or gate photos when required Maintain a clean, professional appearance What We Provide Company truck Paid training Tools, supplies, and equipment Uniform shirts and hats Established service routes Supportive team environment Performance bonuses for great work and customer service Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable smartphone with GPS capability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Must love dogs and feel comfortable around barking/excited dogs Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly Work Environment This is an active outdoor position that involves walking, bending, lifting, and working in varying weather conditions including rain, heat, snow, and cold temperatures. Employees regularly handle pet waste using professional tools and disposal systems.
