BEACH MAINTENANCE JOB DESCRIPTION

Status:

• Walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Activities will often involve running, jumping, swimming. Bend, reach, push, pull, lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Work Conditions:

Mostly outdoors, working in hot/cold environment, inclement weather, variable schedule based on business demands, most duties require working with hazards, constantly working with heavy equipment.

Duties:

This position requires candidate to work in multiple areas in the Main Club campus Mow, trim, and weed lawns and flower beds, rake/blow leaves and debris Light janitorial including picking up trash from grounds and emptying trash receptacles, other miscellaneous cleaning duties. Drive golf cart with sweeper and or roller attachment over entire tennis court surface area, apply bagged clay material as needed to fill in low spots, brush lines Rake and load seaweed on beach into utility trailer using miscellaneous hand tools, safely drive tractor up and down ramp to disposal area Attend heat training class and observe best practices at all times per OSHA regulations Must possess awareness of surroundings and unique demands of being in private club setting. Must possess ability to multitask and perform time sensitive tasks efficiently while working around club member activities.
