We are currently hiring for full-time, year-round positions for team members who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and take pride in creating and improving beautiful landscapes. Schedule Monday through Friday Saturdays during peak season as needed 10-hour shifts Overtime opportunities available About the Position Our Maintenance Enhancements Division focuses on upgrading and transforming residential and commercial landscapes through detailed improvement projects and seasonal enhancements. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work, want to learn new skills, and take pride in delivering high-quality results that customers can see and appreciate. What You'll Do Responsibilities may include: Installing mulch, decorative stone, and seasonal plantings Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers to enhance property appearance Assisting with landscape upgrades and property improvement projects Repairing walkways, patios, and other hardscape features Supporting irrigation and drainage improvement work Performing seasonal cleanups and property refresh projects Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites Requirements Valid Massachusetts driver's license required Must have a clean driving record and be approved by our insurance provider to operate company vehicles Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work effectively in a team environment Landscaping or construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidates Why Join The Joyce Companies?
