CDL-A Driver Run OTR Home 12 Days Home 2 Rider & Pet OK Exile TR Boston, MA Job Details Full-time $0.57 per mile 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Pet rider program Qualifications Over the road (OTR) driving routes CDL A Mid-level Commercial vehicle Under 1 year Full Job Description Class A Drivers All 48 States Home Every Two Weeks Rider & Pet Friendly Class A CDL drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR; trailer must be 40 long; trainer or truck school time does not count) for OTR position that is out 12 days and home for 48 hours. Average weekly pay is $1400-$2100+/WK (based on experience and how hard you drive), there is a safety bonus every month and you receive a $4000 sign on bonus that is paid out at $500 paid after first load delivered and then $500 every 30 days for five months and then on the 6th month you earn $1000.

Pay & Sign-On Bonus:

Starting pay: $0.57 CPM for 3 months experience, up to $0.64 CPM for 10+ years; drivers with 2+ years earn $0.62 CPM Weekly pay: $1,425$1,900+ depending on experience and miles Sign-on bonus: $4000 ($500 Paid after first load and $500 every 30 days for 5 months then paid $1000 at your 6th month

Schedule & Home Time:

Out on the road, home every two weeks Take your truck home during home time (secure parking location required)

Requirements Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40 trailer; excludes trainer/school time) No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years No major moving violations in the last 12 months No major at fault CMV accidents in the last five years. This includes any accident that results in an injury, a jack knife or rollover. No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years Can not have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years Can not have more than more than 3 jobs in the last year If you have been terminated from a previous job for safety you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered
