Seasonal Yard Staff - Spring Commissioning (Harwich Port Boat Yard) Harwich Port Boat Yard is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team for the spring season. This is a seasonal position focused on spring commissioning work, with employment expected to run through July.

Yard Staff (Bottom Painter / Washer / Waxing)

Starting at $24/hour Responsibilities include: Bottom painting boats Washing vessels after launch Thoroughly cleaning hatches, compartments, and small spaces Waxing and detailing vessels Assisting with general yard operations as needed What we're looking for: Strong work ethic and reliability High attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation (required) Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work Experience in boat yard work is a plus, but not required This is primarily a seasonal spring/ Early summer role. However, for the right candidate with additional skills or exceptional performance, there may be an opportunity for year-round employment.
