Roadside Assistance Driver / Massachusetts Highway Assistance Program Driver

IncidentClear is seeking out Retirees, Veterans and individuals who possess motivation, a desire to serve, and those who have a history of service to others to be a part of the Massachusetts Highway Assistance Program. IncidentClear's Safety Patrol Operators provide rapid response clearance of disabled vehicles, and removal of road debris while patrolling Massachusetts' most highly traveled roadways. Under the program, Safety Patrol Operators will assist motorists and keep highways safe by performing services including, but not limited to: Servicing disabled vehicles by providing fuel, or jump starts Clearing stranded vehicles and debris from driving lanes Changing or inflating tires Transporting motorists to a safe location Providing cell phone assistance, directions, or lock out services

CURRENT SHIFT NEEDS

FULL

TIME POSITION AVAILIBLE SPLIT SHIFT 6 AM 10 AM THEN 3 PM TO 7 PM QUALIFICATIONS

: Must be at least 25 years of age Must have a safe driving record with a current Massachusetts Driver's License Unwavering reliability/punctuality Excellent customer service skills Be able to lift 60 pounds Pass a criminal background check and driver license investigation (no felony convictions are accepted) Pass a pre-employment and an annual random drug test Possess certification in first-aid or willingness to obtain certification Possess knowledge of basic automotive mechanics Possess sound judgment in carrying out their duties and conduct themselves in such a manner that will reflect favorably upon
