Job Description The Transport Driver is responsible for transporting finished goods from the Production Center to Distribution Centers in a professional, compliant, safe and timely manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Transport finished goods and raw materials between facilities Load and unload finished goods and raw materials using a forklift or pallet jack Check accuracy and stability of the load Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Operate industrial vehicles and equipment Connect and disconnect trailers Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading and other paperwork as required Maintain vehicle, product, equipment and other company property to company standards Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures Job Requirements Class A Commercial Driver's License & Clean MVR Required High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred 1-3 years of general work experience required 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance Benefits & Perks Eligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, and more.
