• 12:00 AM Overview We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Training & Safety Instructor to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, is passionate about employee development, and can confidently respond to workplace emergencies. You will play a key role in training, coaching, and helping maintain a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities of the Training & Safety Instructor Lead onboarding and hands-on training for new hires and current employees Serve as a safety leader, ensuring compliance with all company and OSHA standards Conduct safety inspections, audits, and observations, including PPE, eyewash stations, and behavioral audits Train employees on LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and monitor compliance Act as a first responder to workplace incidents, including injuries and emergencies Provide coaching and performance feedback to employees and leadership Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset Identify safety concerns and recommend solutions or corrective actions Complete basic injury reports and related documentation as needed Required Qualifications of the Training & Safety Instructor Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Prior training experience and OSHA safety background strongly preferred Ability to work independently and train on first shift before transitioning to assigned hours Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and responsive during emergencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related experience What We Offer Competitive pay with shift differential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and holidays Education assistance program Life insurance and short-term disability
