We understand that drivers are often overworked, which is why we prioritize a stress-free environment, well-maintained equipment, and getting you home to your family every single night. Modern Fleet:
Drive a NEW model Volvo Automatic day cab.
Dedicated Equipment:
No slip-seating. You are assigned your own truck.
Work-Life Balance:
Monday through Friday schedule. No weekend work (Saturdays are optional if you want extra cash).
Easy Freight:
100% No-Touch; 50% easy switch-outs with zero wait time.
Support:
On-site mechanic and company-paid tickets/fines (excluding driver neglect).
Compensation & Benefits Target Earnings:
$65,000 - $80,600 per year.
Reliable Pay:
Weekly direct deposit every Friday.
Bonuses:
Daily bonus opportunities for longer day hauls.
Health & Retirement:

Time Off:
Paid holidays and well-deserved paid time off (PTO).
The Day-to-Day Start Time:
Early morning.
Routes:
Local drop-and-hooks around the Tri-State area (8-10 hours avg).
Bonus Runs:
Longer hauls (e.g., Baltimore to North Jersey and back) for higher pay (10-13 hours avg).
Freight:
99% Dry Van. Occasional flatbed during peak season ( Straps only —No chains, No tarps). Job Requirements We are looking for professional drivers who take pride in their work. To apply, you must meet the following:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Class-A experience.
Age:
25+ years old.
License:
Valid Class-A CDL with a clean driving record (no serious violations).
