(Department of Transportation) regulations Full Job Description Roll-Off CDL Driver A&S Refuse LLC - Baltimore, MD Area Job Overview A&S Refuse LLC is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Roll-Off CDL Driver to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating automatic Peterbilt roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at commercial, construction, industrial, and residential job sites throughout the Baltimore area. We are looking for motivated drivers who take pride in operating equipment safely, maintaining clean trucks, and providing reliable customer service. Drivers are home daily and have the opportunity to operate a dedicated truck. Responsibilities Safely operate roll-off trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards Deliver, remove, and exchange roll-off containers at customer job sites Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Secure containers and ensure loads are transported safely and legally Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or customer concerns Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and disposal tickets Keep trucks and cabs clean, organized, and presentable Operate safely around construction sites, tight spaces, and urban environments Report mechanical or safety concerns promptly Provide professional and courteous customer service Qualifications Valid CDL Class A or B license Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements Previous roll-off, dump truck, or commercial driving experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Ability to safely perform physical aspects of the job as needed Strong communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive weekly pay based on experience Home daily Automatic Peterbilt trucks Dedicated truck opportunities Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement and growth About A&S Refuse A&S Refuse LLC provides roll-off dumpster services, hauling, and waste solutions throughout the Baltimore region.
