General Labor & Route Assistant

Position Summary:

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Team Member to support multiple lines of business at Sunrise Sanitation. This role fills in across our Junk Busters, Sunrise Shred, and general labor operations - making it a great fit for someone who thrives in a variety of environments and likes to stay busy.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and unload materials as part of junk removal operations Assist on document shredding routes alongside the route driver Help with general tasks around company facilities Fill in on routes across all lines of business as needed Interact professionally with customers to ensure quality service and satisfaction Operate company vehicles to and from job sites Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles Uphold all safety standards in every work environment Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) repeatedly Ability to work in various weather conditions Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours Strong communication and customer service skills Team player with a strong work ethic Previous experience in general labor, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required
