Local Class A CDL Driver

We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our transportation team based in Perryville, MD. This is a home-daily route, offering consistent schedules and the work-life balance you've been looking for. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service while upholding the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for local and regional deliveries Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining communication with dispatch Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety protocols Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery documentation, and vehicle reports Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly Represent the company professionally with customers and at delivery sites

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license Minimum of 6 years verifiable CDL Class A driving experience Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety procedures Ability to lift, load, and unload freight as required Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic Flexibility to work various shifts or routes as needed
