Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers
CDL-A DEDICATED DRIVERS
•Earn up to $3,000 per week
GENEROUS SIGN-ON PACKAGE
•$500 orientation pay + up to $5,000 transition bonus

Dedicated Company Truck Drivers Gross Pay Range:
$77,000•95,000 per year $0.70/mi starting pay Avg.
Miles/Week:
2,200-2,700 Home weekly for a 34 hr reset; Home every other night in the greater Chicago area $1,500 sign-on bonus $500 orientation pay Dry van freight 100% pre-loaded freight Company Benefits Full benefits•Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance PTO and paid holidays Consistent home time 2022-2026 trucks with newer models available in certain hiring areas while supplies last Uncapped referral program•$4,500 per referral Dedicated Lease Purchase Top 25% of earners make $3,000+ weekly $1.35/mi for all miles empty and loaded!
Drivers average:
$90,000•$98,000 per year Avg. 2,400 Miles/Week $5,000 Transition bonus paid over the first 10 weeks $500 Orientation pay Home weekly for a 34 hr reset; Home every other night in the greater Chicago area 100% drop and hook, pre-loaded freight 2023-2026 trucks with newer models available in certain hiring areas while supplies last Two ways to pay: variable (by mile) or flat payment Please note that pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
