We specialize in regional, and home daily operations for our fleet of 55 trucks. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Truck Driver Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified truck drivers to meet the company's operational needs. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to maintain reliable transportation services by building strong relationships with prospective drivers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified truck drivers using various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events Conduct thorough screening of candidates through interviews, technical assessments, and background checks to ensure compliance with safety and employment standards Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms to streamline candidate management and communication Coordinate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress Negotiate employment contracts and compensation packages with prospective drivers while ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and talent pipeline development Stay informed about industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in HR sourcing and recruitment Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates effectively Proven experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR sourcing within the transportation or logistics industry Excellent interviewing and communication skills to assess candidate suitability and convey company benefits clearly Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for efficient recruitment workflows Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process Ability to research market trends and generate leads through social media management and lead generation techniques Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term connections with potential drivers and internal teams Join us in driving success by connecting talented truck drivers with rewarding career opportunities!
