Laborer/Finisher/Driver

Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Laborer/Finisher/Driver to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, from concrete finishing and masonry work to operating heavy equipment and driving company vehicles. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills across multiple trades. This paid position provides valuable hands-on experience in construction, renovation, and site maintenance, supporting the successful completion of diverse building projects. Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to achieve smooth, durable surfaces in accordance with project specifications Perform rebar installation and metal stud framing to reinforce structures and prepare for further construction phases Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for tasks such as demolition, excavation, or material transport Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans, including framing, roofing, and stucco applications Conduct masonry work including tile laying, plastering, caulking, and concrete forming to ensure high-quality finishes Load, unload, and transport materials using commercial vehicles while adhering to safety protocols Support renovation projects by performing carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry and framing, along with restoration work as needed Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery confidently Construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Knowledge of various construction trades including masonry, roofing, flooring installation, and metal stud framing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments Familiarity with concrete pumping systems and concrete finishing techniques for durable results Experience with welding, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and tile installation preferred Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent for driving company vehicles; experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to building quality structures while developing your skills across multiple facets of construction.
