Full-time The Standard:
We are growing in West Michigan and we don't hire just anyone with a CDL. We run heavy spec Kenworths, Peterbilts, and Freightliners (13 & 18 speeds). We take pride in our fleet, our reputation, and our execution. If you are a professional who treats a truck like it's your own and understands that "on time" means "fifteen minutes early," read on.What We Offer:
Pay:
- $25•$31/hr (Based on experience and performance).
The Iron:
- Dedicated, well-maintained heavy spec trucks. No slip-seating.
Stability:
- Home daily. 10-12 hr shifts
Performance Culture:
- We track metrics. If you out-perform the fleet, you get paid for it. Safety, performance, and year-end bonuses.

The Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years CDL-A experience.
- End dump or dump truck experience preferred (we will train the right professional).
- Ability to handle heavy loads (80,000+ lbs) and manual transmissions (13/18 speed).
- Clean MVR. No excuses.
- Reliability is non-negotiable. You must be willing to work Saturdays and long hours when the job demands it.

CDL-A Heavy Spec End Dump Lead DriverOverview:
- You aren't just moving a vehicle from point A to point B.
Key Responsibilities & Execution:
Precision Operation:
- Masterfully operate 13 and 18-speed manual transmissions while hauling heavy loads (80,000+ lbs).
Equipment Ownership:
- Conduct rigorous pre-trip and post-trip inspections. You don't just "check" the truck; you ensure it is mission-ready. You report issues immediately—we fix them immediately.
Technical Loading/Unloading:
- Execute loading and unloading procedures for lead end ump/dump trucks with zero-error tolerance. Maintain total situational awareness regarding non-hazardous material protocols.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain 100% accurate load tickets and documentation.
Communication:
- Provide clear, concise updates to dispatch and customers. You represent the company on the road and at the terminal.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Stamina:
- Capable of handling long hours and Saturday shifts. The work doesn't stop until the mission is complete.
Reliability:
- You have your own transportation and a track record of showing up early.
Problem Solving:
- Ability to navigate West Michigan routes and handle changing road conditions without needing your hand held.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1+ years of verifiable CDL-A experience.
Endorsements:
- CDL A. No other endorsements needed.
Skillset:
- Proven ability to drive heavy-spec equipment and manual transmissions.
Record:
- A clean MVR that proves you respect the equipment and the law.
Pay:
$26.00- $31.
