Experienced CDL Roll-Off Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a qualified, experienced Roll-Off Driver to join our team. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone with proven roll-off or related waste-hauling experience who can operate safely, work efficiently, and represent our company professionally on every job. This role is ideal for a driver who understands the demands of roll-off work, including container placement, securement, site awareness, equipment operation, and customer interaction. Qualifications Proven roll-off driving experience strongly preferred Experience operating heavy-duty commercial vehicles in a professional setting Strong understanding of safe vehicle operation, jobsite awareness, and load securement Valid driver's license; CDL with appropriate endorsements preferred or required depending on role Manual transmission experience preferred Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify equipment issues Ability to safely perform physical job duties as needed Excellent driving record Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Duties Safely operate roll-off trucks and related heavy-duty vehicles in accordance with company policies and safety regulations Deliver, remove, swap, and secure waste containers efficiently and safely Navigate residential, commercial, and construction job sites with care and professionalism Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Identify and report maintenance concerns early, including fluids, tires, lights, and mechanical issues Ensure loads and containers are properly secured before transport Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries Maintain a clean, safe, and work-ready truck What We're Looking For We want a driver who already knows the work and takes pride in doing it right.
