Jets Amazing Glazing Job Description Jets Glazing is looking for dependable and hardworking Prep Technicians / Drivers to join our team. This position plays a critical role in preparing tubs, showers, countertops, and other surfaces for our spray technicians. The ideal candidate must be reliable, able to work well in a team environment, and comfortable performing physical labor throughout the day. Responsibilities Drive company vehicles to and from job sites Sand and prepare surfaces for refinishing Perform acid washing and cleaning procedures Mask, paper, and tape surrounding areas to protect surfaces during spraying Assist spray technicians as needed Load and unload equipment and materials Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Previous construction, painting, refinishing, automotive prep, or related experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive pay Health Insurance (available after 90 days) Dental Insurance (available after 90 days) 401(k) with Company Match Paid training Opportunities for advancement Consistent full-time work Team-oriented work environment If you're dependable, motivated, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
