McLafferty Contracting Group (MCG) is expanding our field team and hiring a full‑time CDL Class A Dump Truck Driver to support our excavation, grading, and civil construction projects across Metro‑MN and East Central Minnesota. If you take pride in safe hauling, clean work, and being part of a high‑performing crew, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Haul sand, gravel, rock, dirt, and debris to/from job sites Safely operate Class A dump trucks, side‑dumps, and end‑dumps Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Communicate with site superintendent for load counts and routing Maintain clean, professional equipment Assist with basic site tasks when needed (optional but valued) Uphold MCG's standards for safety, professionalism, and reliability Qualifications Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record Experience with dump trucks, excavation hauling, or construction trucking Ability to navigate active job sites and tight access points Strong communication and teamwork Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Consistent year‑round work Modern, well‑maintained equipment Strong company culture built on craftsmanship, accountability, and respect Opportunity to grow with a fast‑moving civil contractor
