Tow and Transport Driver

Job Overview Highway 10 Towing & Transport is looking for a reliable and motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team. We specialize in light and medium duty towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport services. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, communicates professionally with customers, and takes pride in operating equipment safely and responsibly. Responsibilities Operate flatbed and wheel-lift tow trucks safely and efficiently Transport light and medium duty vehicles to dealerships, repair shops, auctions, and customer locations Provide roadside assistance services such as jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery Complete vehicle inspections before and after transport Secure vehicles properly to prevent damage during transport Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck and equipment Communicate with dispatch and customers in a professional manner Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience driving tow trucks or commercial vehicles preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in different weather conditions Knowledge of towing equipment and vehicle safety procedures is a plus CDL preferred but not required depending on experience What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Flexible scheduling Training opportunities for the right candidate Supportive team environment Company uniforms and equipment provided Discounted auto repair thru our Auto Repair Shop Preferred Qualities Dependable and punctual Calm under pressure Problem solver with a strong work ethic Respectful and professional with customers
