Our services include septic system installations and repairs, foundation digs, site preparation, grading, trucking, shoreline restoration, boulder walls, utility work, black dirt and aggregate delivery, and commercial snow removal throughout East Central Minnesota. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Excavation & Septic Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating excavators and skid steers, understands excavation and septic work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help complete projects safely and efficiently. This is not a position where you sit in a machine all day. We are looking for a dependable team player who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is willing to work alongside ownership to deliver quality results for our customers. Responsibilities Operate excavators, skid steers, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently Assist with septic system installations and repairs Perform foundation and building pad excavation Assist with sewer and water repairs and underground utility work Perform grading, site preparation, and final grade work Load trucks and move materials as needed Read grades, elevations, and project plans when applicable Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite Assist with labor duties as needed Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements Represent N.M.T.
