Working as a team is important as each truck has a team of two team members. Being part of the Junk Masters team you will be hauling unwanted items away from residential and commercial properties. Junk Masters Team Lead Drivers drive and operate our dump trucks, lead onsite customer interactions, work with their team and management to ensure on-time service and phenomenal Are you ready to join a winning locally owned junk removal team? Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a can-do attitude throughout day Enjoy field work with unique daily challenges, both physical and mental Treat everybody with whom you interact with kindness and respect, including clients, neighbors, partners, waste management facilities workers and the general public. Educate clients on Junk Masters services, pricing and environmental impact Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the company dress policy Prevent property damage by working as a team to carefully move items to the truck; and safely maneuvering the truck at all times Follow company policy for use of personal protective equipment Demonstrate knowledge on the Junk Masters vision, mission, strategy and core values Perform daily truck inspection report and report maintenance issues immediately Requirements Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 75 (lbs) Must be drug and alcohol free and able to pass a federal background check Must be 23+ years of age for driver, 18+ for years of age for truck team member Must have 3+ years of clean Motor Vehicle Record (no violations, applicable to drivers only) Must obtain a DOT Health Card after hire (applicable only to drivers, CDL Not Required) Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Benefits Earn $19
