MSP Expedited, LLC, has a limited number of driving opportunities that will keep you moving every day by operating a variety of our meticulously maintained, best in class, late model Kenworth T680 Tractors paired with 45' aluminum flatbed trailers and Conestoga's with MX Series Moffett forklifts, Kenworth T380 and Freightliner M2 Plus straight trucks. Home daily Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week $36/per hour As an MSP Expedited employee driver, you'll use your expertise to safely load, transport, and unload a variety of construction materials to job sites, as well as palletized freight to local businesses across the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.

Typical Responsibilities will include:

Use flat hook spool straps and winch bar to secure loads. Use chains and chain binders to secure loads as needed. Mounting and dismounting of the Moffett forklift from trailer. Operate truck mounted Moffett forklift to unload and load trailer at the customer's request. Operate Conestoga tarp system or tarp loads as needed during snow or wet weather conditions on flatbeds. Utilize strap edge protection on loads with sharp edges. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds Perform pre & post trip inspections daily Working closely with our expert dispatch team to pick up loads Coordinate delivery with customers at destinations Assist with loading and unloading freight as needed Secure proper POD's for all deliveries - obtaining signatures and attaching photos as needed Return to hub at the end of the day and report any issues with equipment for immediate service Empty and clean out truck and prepare for the next day Make deliveries in all weather conditions To qualify for this position must have: Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A experience Valid Class A CDL Maintain a clean driving record. Reside in the Twin Cities greater metro area Possess no serious CSA violations in the last 2 years. Must pass a DOT drug screening Hazmat Endorsement required
