Oz Arc Gas is the oldest privately owned welding gas distributor in Missouri. With over 80 years of experience, we are looking for an individual that will continue to offer friendly and knowledgeable service to our current and future customers. In addition to welding gases and supplies we provide medical gases, CO'2, safety wear and so much more. Oz Arc Gas is currently looking for a local delivery driver in our Farmington, MO location. Long term employment and careers is our goal in fulfilling this position. The right candidate will also be eligible for the $1500.00 sign on bonus as well as the monthly $550.00 Driver and Safety Bonus Responsibilities of the
Position:
Loading and unloading trucks for local deliveries and inter-company inventory. Timely and efficient delivery of all products. Maintain proper truck maintenance with daily safety inspections before leaving for deliveries. Complete daily manifests and inventory of products to be delivered. Ability to use palm order pad for billing and proper inventory control for hard goods and cylinder tracking. Ability to communicate effectively with customers to be able to answer any questions they may have in either the products we supply or their accounts.
Requirements of the position:
Class A or B CDL with Haz/Mat endorsement High school diploma Clean driving record Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds Ability to operate basic office equipment i.e. calculator, copier, etc Ability to work well as a member of a team.
