Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Route Driver to operate our specialized bin-cleaning truck and service scheduled customer routes. This position involves driving, physical work, and customer interaction while working independently throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a bin-cleaning service truck on assigned routes Clean residential and commercial trash/recycling bins using onboard equipment Follow daily route schedules efficiently and accurately via CRM- Service Auto Pilot Perform basic vehicle and equipment checks Communicate with customers when needed and provide friendly service Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and equipment Report issues, route changes, or equipment concerns promptly Qualifications Valid Class E driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift and maneuver trash bins repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and time management Previous route driving, delivery, or service experience preferred (not required) Schedule & Compensation Part-time position Daytime flexible route hours $22-25/hour Opportunities for growth as the company expands Important Success Factors for This Role This position is best suited for someone who: Shows up on time consistently and takes pride in reliability Is comfortable working independently without supervision Can handle a physically active job throughout the day Communicates proactively if issues arise Takes ownership of their route and equipment Because routes serve scheduled customers, dependability and attendance are essential for success in this role.
