Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual methods, ensuring proper handling and securement of goods Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before and after each trip Follow planned routes accurately while adhering to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition in compliance with regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any incidents during transit Assist with the loading and unloading process when necessary to ensure efficient delivery operations Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements suitable for operating tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or refrigerated trailers Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving freight handling and route driving Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred Experience with specialized trucks such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks is a plus Ability to load & unload cargo safely using forklifts or manual techniques when required Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and freight transportation Strong communication skills and a commitment to punctuality and safety standards Join us as a CDL Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
