Dedicated Driver Overview Strong annual pay with consistent miles. Dedicated company drivers earn up to $94,000 per year, earning 58CPM on ALL MILES, running a weekly average of 2,300-2,900 miles. Plus, earn a 2CPM monthly fuel and safety incentive.

Most loads are drop and hook and preloaded, with some occassional live loads or unloads for a backhaul lane. Bonus to get you started. Earn a $1,500 transition bonus paid out within your first six months, plus $500 in orientation pay to kick things off right. High earnings for peak seasons. This is a holiday heavy position. Nights and weekends may be required, especially during back to school and peak winter holiday season. Currently hiring in select markets.
